“ To start, I have a toxic reaction to Cilantro. I investigate any hispanic-food style places because I love that style of food! I just often can't eat out because of my allergy. However, this place is not only safe but also has tasty food. **Some of their food *does* contain cilantro, but there is a selection that is cilantro free. They obviously specialize in Empanadas, but also offer additional, though short, dessert selection (flans). Bottle water and sodas are available as well. The portions may *seem* small (I've had some fairly large empanadas in the past), but they are filling! I purchased the 3 for 10 deal, and to be frank, I think it was too much for my stomach!! :) I got the coffee flan as well, against my diet requirements ;) and was amazed! Food: 10/10 - I highly recommend it. More notes: There is outdoor seating, as of today (Oct 24 2024). There is an indoor window bar space to sit, but it is small. The space is set up for a quick buy or quick bite. However, there are steps. There is no ramp. This is just how the location is built. The road does get a bit of large truck and semi-truck traffic, and the street is pretty busy - so it's not quiet at all. There is some on-street parking, just be careful. Location: 5/10 due to accessibility issues. Vegans/Vegetarians: They are baked with a coating of oil (canola/olive). But the dough is made with butter. The cheese in some of them is an animal product. I saw 3 possible vegetarian- adjacent options: Vegetable Empanada ( has Cilantro). Spinach & Artichoke (Cilantro free). Roasted Poblano (?) The Italian (Cilantro free). ”
“ My only complaint is they close too early! I get empanadas every chance I can. The Colombian and Caribbean, chicken and beef, are amazing. My wife loves the Chicken Pesto and Roasted Poblano and especially the Cilantro Lime sauce. You can't go wrong. And I can't forget the dessert empanada, especially the Guava. And the family that run the place are super nice too. I wish I lived closer! ”
“ The empanadas are delightful! I ordered one of every flavor (I'm one of those people) and they are all delicious and light, not too greasy and convenient to eat on the go. My personal favorites of all the flavors are the Colombian (beef), Caribbean (beef), Cheesesteak, and Mixed Veggie (I have a couple left to try still). All the dessert empanadas were fantastic with my personal favorite of the 3 being the Guava cream cheese (I'm a sucker for Guava). There's the perfect amount of filling and the sauces complement them (no wonder since most of them are made in house too!) I can't wait to order again from this shop, keep up the great (delicious) work! ”
“ I’ve ordered about 6 times before I wanted to write a review. The people that own this place love what they do and that’s why every bite you take, tastes devouring. We don’t live close to their location but drive just to pick up empanadas from them. They also have different soups whenever we order. Every single thing made is like your “mom” made it, homemade, cozy and just mouth watering!!! ”

“ These empanadas are the real deal; they are delicious and not at all greasy since they are baked. They have a nice variety with companion sauces, which are also great. We’ve had them “fresh out of the oven” at the shop, and we’ve taken a couple of dozen of frozen empanadas to go for a party. They were very easy to heat up and were just as delicious! I have not had the breakfast empanadas yet, but they’re next on my list, then I’ll start working thru the desert empanadas! Love this place. ”
